Daniel Boone was born c. November 2, 1734 in Berks County, Pennsylvania. The bald eagle is our national bird, is the only eagle unique to North America. The bald eagle's scientific name signifies a sea eagle with a white head. At one time, the word "bald" meant "white," not hairless. Bald eagles are found throughout most of North America, from Alaska and Canada to northern Mexico. About half of the world's 70,000 bald eagles live in Alaska. Combined with British Columbia's population of about 20,000, the northwest coast of North America is by far their greatest stronghold for bald eagles. They flourish here in part because of the salmon. Dead or dying fish are an important food source for all bald eagles.
In this paragraph I will write about the life cycle of a butterfly. First the mother butterfly lays its eggs on a leaf. As time goes by the egg begins to grow then it breaks and the little caterpillar climbs out. The caterpillar eats and eats and eats soon it begins to shed its skin and then it makes its pupa. After 6 or 4 weeks the pupa breaks then the butterfly is born. Then the butterfly repeats its cycle by laying its eggs.

I really enjoyed reading about the bald eagle. You did a great job writing about it. :)
After the word First you needed to add a comma. I also learned a lot about the life cycle of the butterfly.
