Fall Jubilee, Earth and Mars

The Fall Jubilee was so fun! It had games, food, and music. My lunch was a barbeque sandwich and a soda. Me and my mom entered lots of contests. I did a leaf rubbing that with be in a production.

Earth has 70% water and 30% land. It takes the earth 365 days to rotate around the Sun. One rotation is 24 hours. Earth has over 7 billion people on it. Earth has one moon it's name is Luna. You can see Luna in the night sky sometimes.

Mars has little water on it the water it is either frozen on the polar caps or under ground. To Romans, Mars was the god of war and agriculture. Greeks named Mars Ares. Mars has two moons. There names are Deimos and Phobos. Phobos will either crash into Mars or break apart.

Mosaics were created in Rome. I created a octopus mosaic and a rainbow mosaic. The American Indians made moccasins, shirts, dresses, and pants for each other. They used deer skin to make there clothing.

  1. Andi,

You did a very nice post. Just a few things to mention.
    1. You need to capitalize Earth in the second paragraph.
    2. You did not mention that you had chips for lunch at the jubilee.
    3. They used deer skin to make all of those things.
    4. You didn't mention anything about math or language arts.

Otherwise you did a great job. Your word count for this blog entry was 169 words!!!! Great job
    Love mommy
