Sea Gooseberry, Art Terms, and A Story about A Horse

Here are some facts about the sea gooseberry! Its maximum length is 2, 5 cm with the expansion of the testacies. Sea-gooseberries are completely transparent, while the pharynx and the tentacles are light white, yellow, or orange. On the exterior of the almost spherical body eight comb-rows are situated, which can shimmer with all of the colors of the rainbow. Sea-gooseberries have two long and branchy tentacles which they trail after themselves through the water. Compare with comb jellies and bolinopsis infudebulum.

Here are some art terms! A hue is another word for color. A tint is a hue. Balance is something used to produce equilibrium. Ceramics is how to prepare the surface so the pain won’t peel off. A form is cast shadows. A fresco is an art work and a technique.

Betsey was a magical horse. She looked like a soft white cloud. She also said the other horses were angel’s. One day when Betsey went for a walk. Old man Slithers said, “get back in the stable you ugly mutt”. Betsey ran away from Slithers. He chased her into the lake but Betsey couldn’t swim. Slithers said Betsey looks like a ugly little kitten. Betsey sunk deeper and deeper old man Slithers grabbed his whip. Suddenly 2 other horses jumped in front of Betsey. Old man Slithers said, “oh look more ugly horses” then Betsey and the other horses jumped on Slithers and ran off. Betsey neighed you are a troll Slithers and walked away. And ever since then Betsey had new friends and her own land. The End!

This is Betsey!

  1. Andi,

You misspelled the word tentacles in the first paragraph.

Your definition for balance is slightly off from what it means in the art world. Also, your definition of ceramics doesn't quite make sense.

Very cute story. We do need to work on using quotes in stories. I am very proud of your work lately. :)

Your word count is 260 words.

  3. My pain doesn't peel off to easy either. I was
a little worried about the spelling of that word
too. I enjoy reading the stories. Keep up the
good work, you help to make my day.
